Ingredients:
Mushroom - 1cup
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chili powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Cilantro for garnishing

Method:
1. Heat oil in a
pan, add mustard seeds. When it splutters, add chopped onion and saute till it
becomes translucent.
2. Now add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and fry till it turns mushy. Now add all the masala powders and fry for some time.
3. Add mushrooms and add little amount of water, let it boil for sometime till the water gets dried..
4. Garnish with cilantro..
