Ingredients:
Raw
peanuts - 1 cup
Big onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Cucumber - 1
Carrot - 1
Puffed rice/ pori - 1 cup
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1-2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Cilantro for garnishing

Method:
1. Pressure cook raw peanuts in enough water with a pinch of
salt for 2 whistles.
2. Finely chop onion, cucumber, carrot, tomato.
3. in a wide mixing bowl, mix all the veggies, masala powder, lemon juice, salt and coriander leaves.
4. At last add puffed rice/pori , chilli powder and toss well to mix. Peanut chaat is ready…

Note:
Serve immediately otherwise pori will become soggy.
