Deviled eggs

Eggs - 6
Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Chili powder for garnishing
1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with enough water. Cook for 6 minutes, remove from heat and leave covered for 30 minutes.
2. Crack egg shells and carefully peel under cool running water. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks to a bowl, and placing the whites aside.
3. Mash the yolks, add mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix well.
4. Evenly disperse teaspoons of the yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with chili powder and serve...
