Fish fingers

Make your own homemade fish fingers. It is very easy to prepare and they taste absolutely delicious too. It is a healthy low fat snack...
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 10 mins
Total time: 20 mins

Fish fillets - 2 (skinless, cut into thick strips)
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1 whisked
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Make a paste for marination by adding chili, garlic, pepper powder, lemon juice and salt.
2. Marinate the fish pieces and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
3. After 1 hour, dip the fish into the beaten egg and bread crumbs.
4. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet, cook fish pieces for 8 - 10 minutes on each side until well browned.
5. Serve hot with ketchup. It will be crunchy and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
I used Tilapia fish. You can choose any fish according to your taste.
