Ingredients:
Fresh tilapia fillets - 4
Cornflakes cereal - 1 cup
Almonds - 1/4 cup
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprika - 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Jalapeno peppers - 1-2
Cilantro - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1 ( whisked)
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion chopped for garnishing
Cornflakes cereal - 1 cup

Method:
1. In a bowl, combine all the
ingredients (except fish, cilantro, egg and onion), until they have formed a
breadcrumbs like consistency.
2. Dip the fish into the beaten egg and then into the crust mixture you made above.
3. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet, cook tilapia fillets for about 6-7 minutes on each side until well browned.
4. Squeeze lemon juice over fillets and garnish with onion and cilantro before serving.....
