yourself with a Strawberry mocktail this summer. Mocktails are mock cocktails
and are meant for non – alcoholics. It is a non – alcoholic drink prepared with
fresh strawberries, lemon juice and sugar. Both adults and kids love this
fruity, refreshing mocktail.

Ingredients:
Strawberries – ½ cup, chopped
Lemon juice – 1 ½ tsp
Sugar – 5 tbsp
Ice cubes
Water – 1 cup
Method:
1. In a
pan, add the chopped strawberries along with 1 cup of water, lemon juice and
sugar.
2.
Stirring regularly cook till it becomes thick and syrup and most of the
strawberries are mashed.
3. Strain
this syrup and let the mixture cool down.
4. In a
glass, add the syrup, ice cubes and then add water to fill the glass.
