Homemade Protein Bar - No Bake

Delicious homemade no bake protein bars, make your own healthy, high fiber treat. Protein bars are easy and quick way to get protein for your body. But if you buy them in store, you have to pay a certain amount. Instead you can prepare a big batch of protein bars and can be stored for one week. It can be used as a snack, or as a protein booster before hitting a gym or as all in one breakfast. You can vary the ingredients to suit your tastes. Prep time: 15 minutes
Setting time: 2 hours


Ingredients:
Dates – 10 to 12, chopped
Raisins – ½ cup
Almonds – ¼ cup
Cashews – ¼ cup
Walnut – ¼ cup

Method:
1. Take nuts in a pan and toast till golden. Cool them down and take them in a blender and ground it coarsely.
2. Take dates and raisins in a blender and make it in a coarse mix.
3. Add it to coarsely powdered nuts and knead well.
4. Transfer this ball in a plastic wrap cover and roll it little thin. Wrap them tightly with the plastic cover.
5. Now refrigerate it for 2 hours.
6. Cut them in a shape of bar and serve.
