Hash Brown Bites and Omlette With Chocolate Milk

Looking for easy and delicious breakfast on lazy Sunday morning, try this recipe and enjoy with your family. Your kids will definitely love this. Hash browns and omlette are the perfect combination for breakfast. The hash brown bites are crispy on outside and fluffy inside. Yummy Chocolate milk will make kids crave for breakfast.

Prep time: 15 mins
Cook time: 30 mins
Total time: 45 mins
Ingredients:
For Hash brown bites:
Potatoes – 7 to 8
Salt to taste
Grounded pepper to taste
Canola oil – 3 tbsp
For Omlette:
Eggs – 2
Onion – ½, chopped
Salt to taste
Grounded pepper to taste
For chocolate milk:
Milk – 1 cup
Chocolate syrup – ¼ cup

Method:
For Hash brown bites:
1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F
2. Shred the potatoes using a grater and set aside for 10 mins.
3. Squeeze as much as liquid from the potatoes, so that it turns crispy after cooking
4. Spray a mini muffin tin with oil. Place the spoonful of potatoes into each hole. Pat down lightly with a back of a spoon.
5. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.


For Omlette:
1. Crack open the eggs in a bowl and whisk it until frothy.
2. Add chopped onion to the whisked eggs and blend well.
3. Add salt and pepper to it. In a flat nonstick pan, pour the whisked eggs in the middle of the pan. Spread with the help of spatula.
4. Cook for 7 to 8 mins on both sides. Serve immediately.
For Chocolate milk:
1. In a glass, add chocolate syrup and cold milk. Give a good mix with a spoon.
2. If you want the chocolate milk hot, you can add hot milk to the chocolate syrup.
