omlette are the perfect combination for breakfast. The hash brown bites are
crispy on outside and fluffy inside. Yummy Chocolate milk will make kids crave
for breakfast.

Ingredients:
For
Hash brown bites:
Potatoes – 7 to 8
Salt to taste
Grounded pepper to taste
Canola oil – 3 tbsp
For
Omlette:
Eggs – 2
Onion – ½, chopped
Salt to taste
Grounded pepper to taste
For
chocolate milk:
Milk – 1 cup
Chocolate syrup – ¼ cup
Method:
For
Hash brown bites:
1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F
2. Shred the potatoes using a
grater and set aside for 10 mins.
3. Squeeze as much as liquid from
the potatoes, so that it turns crispy after cooking
4. Spray a mini muffin tin with
oil. Place the spoonful of potatoes into each hole. Pat down lightly with a
back of a spoon.
5. Bake for 30 minutes until
golden brown.
For
Omlette:
1. Crack open the eggs in a bowl
and whisk it until frothy.
2. Add chopped onion to the
whisked eggs and blend well.
3. Add salt and pepper to it. In
a flat nonstick pan, pour the whisked eggs in the middle of the pan. Spread
with the help of spatula.
4. Cook for 7 to 8 mins on both
sides. Serve immediately.
For
Chocolate milk:
1. In a glass, add chocolate
syrup and cold milk. Give a good mix with a spoon.
2. If you want the chocolate milk
hot, you can add hot milk to the chocolate syrup.
