Nutritional
facts:
1
vegetable patty contains about 127 calories. I used carrot, cabbage and potato
in this patty, so we can see the nutritional facts of those vegetables too.
Carrots are exceptionally a good source of carotene and vitamin A. Fresh cabbage
is an excellent source of antioxidant and vitamin C. 100 g of cabbage leaves
provides just 25 calories. Potatoes are one of the richest source of starch,
vitamins, minerals and dietary fibers.
