Ingredients:
Cucumber – 1, chopped
Yogurt – 4 tbsp
Mint leaves – few
Garlic – 1 pod, chopped
Cilantro – few
Grounded cumin – ½ tsp
Grounded pepper – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Cayenne pepper to garnish
Method:
1. In a bowl,
beat the yogurt till smooth. Add the cucumber and all the dry spice powders,
garlic, cilantro, mint leaves and salt.
2. Mix
well and sprinkle few cayenne pepper at top. Serve.
