Baked Scrambled Eggs

A health, easy and delicious dish for breakfast to start our day. It is also a perfect way to save time for those who rush to work in the morning. In this baked version, we get perfect and fluffy scrambled eggs.
Nutrition facts:
One large grade A egg contains 6 g of protein and only 70 calories. Eggs are one of the few foods considered to be a complete protein, because they contain all 9 essential amino acids. Eggs are pretty much the perfect food, they contain a little bit of almost every nutrient we need. Eating eggs are a great way to increase good cholesterol.

Cook time: 20 mins
Total time: 25 mins
Serving: 4 Members



Ingredients:
Butter – 2 tbsp
Eggs – 4
Milk – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper – ½ tsp
Hot sauce – 1 tsp
Cilantro to garnish



Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spread the melted butter in a baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper and hot sauce until well blended.

3. Bake uncovered for 10 mins, then stir and then bake for 10 mins or until eggs are set, Garnish with cilantro. Delicious scrambled egg is ready.
