Ingredients:
Butter – 2 tbsp
Eggs – 4
Milk – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper – ½ tsp
Hot sauce – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Preheat
the oven to 350 F. Spread the melted butter in a baking dish.
2. In a
large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper and hot sauce until well blended.
3. Bake
uncovered for 10 mins, then stir and then bake for 10 mins or until eggs are
set, Garnish
with cilantro. Delicious scrambled egg is ready.
