Easy Spicy Fish Fry

It is a delicious way of making fish fry for beginners. Only three steps are needed to make this fish fry that is Marinate, Fry and Serve. It takes less than 40 minutes to prepare this dish. Follow these three simple steps to make this easy dish that uses handful of ingredients.
Nutrition facts:
Fish is low in sodium and saturated fat. It is also a good source of Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Magnesium and Phosphorus and it is a very good source of Protein, Niacin and selenium. They are the excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acids, which are essential to our diet.

Cook time: 15 mins
Total time: 35 mins


Ingredients:
Fish – 2 pieces (I used Tilapia)
Egg – 1
Paprika or red chili powder – 2 tsp
Cayenne pepper – 1 tsp (optional)
Garlic powder – ½ tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro and onion for garnish
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp


Method:
1. In a large bowl, marinate fish with egg, spice powders and salt. Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a skillet, Place the marinated fish and fry until the fish is cooked, it takes about 12 – 15 minutes.

3. Serve with onion and cilantro, topped with lemon juice.
