Ingredients:
Fish – 2 pieces (I used Tilapia)
Egg – 1
Paprika or red chili powder – 2 tsp
Cayenne pepper – 1 tsp (optional)
Garlic powder – ½ tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro and onion for garnish
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
1. In a
large bowl, marinate fish with egg, spice powders and salt. Refrigerate it for
15 minutes.
2. Heat
oil in a skillet, Place the marinated fish and fry until the fish is cooked, it
takes about 12 – 15 minutes.
3. Serve
with onion and cilantro, topped with lemon juice.
