Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookie is a sweet treat to our taste buds. Chocolate chip cookie is a made with butter and a combination of white sugars and brown sugars, it produces a rich and chewy cookie with caramelized edges. Flavors of vanilla and chocolate blend together to make a wonderful combination in chocolate chip cookies. The fresh baked taste will leave you wanting more.


Prep time: 45 mins
Cook time: 30 mins
Total time: 1 hour 15 mins


Ingredients:
Butter – ½ cup
White sugar – ½ cup
Brown sugar – ½ cup
Vanilla pudding mix – 1 tbsp
Milk – ¼ cup
All purpose flour – 2 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips – ¼ cup
Walnuts – ¼ cup


Method:
1. In a bowl, beat the butter until smooth and creamy. Add the white and brown sugars and beat until fluffy.
2. Add the vanilla mix and milk and beat well until they combine well. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
3. Add the chocolate chips and walnuts about halfway through mixing. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.

4. For large cookies, take about 2 tbsp of dough and shape into a cookie. Place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake about 25 – 30 mins until golden brown around the edges. Cool completely on wire rack.
