Chicken 65 recipe / Spicy fried chicken

Today i am going to share you the recipe of juicy and soft chicken 65. I think none of the menu cards in India will be there without chicken 65. The most liked and easiest recipe to enjoy the delicious taste of chicken. It is a perfect starter for any potluck or get together party. But it is not recommended for weight watchers since it is deep fried. We don't follow diet in weekends ;-) so tried this recipe last sunday. I hope you all try this and share your valuable comments.
Prep time: 5 mins
Marination time: 1 hour
Cook time: 20 mins

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken - 500 gm ( cut into small pieces)
Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder - 3 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Egg white of 1 egg
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Cilantro, Green chilies, Onion, Lemon pieces for garnishing

Method:
1.Clean the chicken well and cut into small pieces.
2. In a large mixing bowl, take chicken pieces. Add Ginger garlic paste and all spice powders.
3. Add salt, lemon juice and egg white to it. Give a good mix till all the chicken pieces are coated with masala.
4. Add lemon juice and give a good mix. Don't add water otherwise it drink too much oil while frying.
5. Make the marination with the help of egg white alone. Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
6. Heat oil for frying in a kadai, when it turns piping hot, drop the marinated chicken pieces one by one. Don't over crowd it.
7. Deep fry them until it turns golden brown and crispy. Garnish with cilantro, green chilies, onion and serve hot.
