My favorite
snack is always a cutlet, but I am bored of cooking usual potato and veggie
cutlet. I was thinking to try a different cutlet recipe and also a healthier
one. At that time, I saw the soaked chana with which I was planning to prepare
chana masala for dinner. So I used some of the soaked chana to prepare cutlet.
This chana cutlet is fully packed with proteins. This cutlet will give
excellent taste when we have with mint chutney, but I didn’t have mint leaves
in home. So had with tomato ketchup which also gave great taste. Chana is a
very good source of protein and also rich in dietary fiber. A good thing about
chana is that they are low in fat. Try this healthy snack in home and enjoy
with your family.
