I am going to share you the recipe of urad dal egg omelette. Have anyone heard about
it? This is new to me too. My sister in law prepared this and it tastes too
good and texture is so soft. This omelette is very healthy for women and
children due to the addition of urad dal with egg. We need certain amount of
urad dal, so if you are free you can prepare it by soaking for 3 to 4 hrs or
you can take certain amount while you prepare batter for idli. Try this in home
and share your comments.
Ingredients:
Urad
dal batter – 1 cup
Eggs
– 3
Big
onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green
chilies – 2
Cilantro
– few
Salt
- as needed
Oil
- 2 tsp
Method:
1.
Mix urad dal batter, eggs, chopped onion, green chili, cilantro and salt.
2.
Give a good mix. Heat tawa and pour one scoop of egg batter in to flat round
omelette.
3.
Pour oil around it and cook until both sides become golden yellow color.
4.
Serve hot.
